Anytime we had questions, the hosts were responsive and helpful. There were just a few things that kept this from being a five-star experience for us. The bed was incredibly firm, to the point that it honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. We know mattress preferences are subjective, but adding a mattress topper could make a big difference for future guests. The check-in instructions and a few of the other directions were a bit confusing and could be simplified or clarified. We eventually figured everything out, but clearer communication upfront would have made the process smoother. Lastly, the patio area could use a bit more privacy. It’s located directly next to the gym windows, which made it feel less relaxing than we had anticipated. Overall, with just a few small tweaks, this would easily be a five-star stay." (8/5)
