Impeccable Home and Hosts — Truly Exceptional StayOur group meets twice a year and has stayed in many vacation rentals, but this was hands-down the best. Every detail in the home was thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and relaxation.The kitchen was a dream — fully stocked and clearly built for people who love to cook and entertain. From high-end appliances to little touches like organic coffee and tea, nothing was overlooked.The living spaces were perfect for conversation or quiet time, depending on the mood. Excellent place to stay for larger groups. Great location, with lots to do close by and a grocery store across the street. It is on a busy road, but it is a quiet neighborhood. This house has everything you need for comfort and entertainment. Very clean and well taken care of. The hosts are very helpful and respond to messages quickly. A plus is that there is also plenty of room to park vehicles either in the garage or the two driveways. Would definitely stay here again.

The house worked well for our group of 11. The house was clean and well appointed. The house was close to the highway and a quick 30 minute drive to park city resort. The 2 dishwashers were very handy. The hot tub was cleaned the day we arrived which kept us from using it the first night, but it wasn't a problem for us. The movie theatre was very nice, but an extra HDMI cable would have allowed us to plug a laptop into the projection system. The check out instructions were much easier than other rental houses we've stayed at. The 3 car garage easily accommodated or vehicles. There were several restaurants and a grocery store across the street from the house which was very convenient.

We had a fantastic experience at this property. The home was clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Our favorite parts were the movie room and game room. We also cooked a lot, so having double ovens and dishwashers was a plus. Our hosts were also excellent and very responsive! We truly enjoyed our weekend and could not have asked for a better home to compliment our fun time in Park City and SLC.

    1. Golden rule: Treat our property how you’d like yours to be treated, and treat your neighbors how you’d like to be treated. - Our floors and carpets are super clean. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES. - Please be mindful when eating in the living rooms or bedrooms. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest free. - Quiet Hours are from 10 pm – 8 am. 2. You must be 25 years or older to book this luxury home. As a part of this booking we are required to get the photo ID of the main person booking the property. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+). 3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere on the property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. 4. NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $500 fine. 5. Please follow our Check-In time of 5pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests that do not checkout on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road. 6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it. - LOST GARAGE OPENER IS $200. - If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $50. - Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. - NO PARTIES. If you want to have more guests, contact Grand Road about your group needs. - If you have an unapproved party, there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by other local authorities. 7. Grand Road may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law.
