Awesome!! Positive: I like the simple things like having ice in the ice maker, every time I check into a hotel, they have no ice and have shut the ice maker off, makes no sense, so thanks for that. This place was very nice. Loved being on the 6th floor with the view of the city. Great hosts, communication was great. Very clean. Perfect size tv in the family room. Stayed in to cook, had everything we needed. Negative: The only thing I would suggest is adding a little to cooking utensils (tongs) I cooked filet mignon and had to turn them with a fork. Other than that, Perfect. Thanks again.

It was decorated beautifully and they thought of everything we'd need and included it. The flat iron for hair and the organic coffee, creamer and sugar were nice extras.

Not able to sleep well due to noisy neighbors throughout the night and early morning.Apartment lacked some basics like Kleenex and night lights.Building and elevators smelled and hallway carpets were all stained.Seemed more like a college dorm. Had a much better stay at Encore.
